Refund Policy

for Everglades Holiday Park Airboat Tours & Rides, Including All Other Activities at the Park

If you are not able to visit the park for any reason, and you would like to request a refund, please read through our ticket refund policy below to see if you are eligible for a refund, especially for the Everglades tours and activities. Each refund request must be reviewed and either approved or denied by management. Feel free to call the park at 954-434-8111 to discuss your specific situation in terms of why you are requesting a refund.

TICKET REFUNDS

Ticket refunds will be provided only in the event of extreme emergencies and, in some cases, serious illness and injury. This applies to tickets purchased both online and in-person at the park. All ticket refunds must be reviewed case by case by management at Everglades Holiday Park in order to consider each case for a refund.

ONLINE PURCHASE

Tickets purchased online and presented at the park for refund will be reviewed by management. If your case is approved for a refund, your credit card will be credited back the amount paid for the tickets purchased through the website. Tickets purchased online cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Amendments

We may update this refund policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
